Where to find and download your packshots

Once your order has been processed, your packshots are available directly in the Render Studio. You can download them either individually or as a full batch.

Where to find your packshots

All generated packshots are organized within the order you created.

To access them:

  1. Open the Render Studio

  2. Go to the Orders tab

  3. Select the relevant order

  4. Click View images

Option 1: Download individual packshots

You can download images one by one directly from the gallery.

  • Hover over a packshot

  • Click the download icon

This is useful when you only need a few specific images.

Option 2: Export packshots in batch

To download all packshots from an order:

  1. Go to the Orders tab

  2. Open the menu (β‹―) next to your order

  3. Click Request export

This allows you to export all images in one structured batch.

Configure Your Export

When exporting a batch, you can define how your files are organized.

File Format

Choose the format that fits your needs:

  • JPG

  • PNG

  • WEBP

  • TIF
    ​

Naming Convention

Define how your files will be named by combining attributes such as:

  • SKU

  • Angle

  • other metadata (such as color codes, gender, etc.)

A preview is shown so you can verify the result.

Folder Structure

You can organize your files into folders, for example:

  • Collection (e.g. SUMMER_2026)

  • Angles

  • Color code

  • SKU number

  • etc.

This helps you structure your assets for:

  • e-commerce

  • DAM systems

  • internal workflows

Download Your Files

Once everything is set:

  • Click Request export

  • Your files will be prepared and made available for download shortly after

  • Then, open the menu (β‹―) next to your order

  • Click Download export.
