A step by step troubleshooting guide

Whenever possible, Fibbl displays a banner in the Virtual Try-on and Augmented Reality Placement experience with product information about the product the end-consumer is testing and exploring. This guide walks you through what to do if it doesn't appear in your VTO/AR experiences.

The conditions for having a visible banner with product information are as follows:

  1. The 3D model has a matching ID to the relevant product, which is found in an imported and active product catalog.

  2. The catalog(s) that the product is in has a set locale.

  3. The embed script on the web page contains the locale parameter, and its value matches the catalog's locale.
