Want to know if Fibbl's 3D experiences drive more conversions or decrease return rates? Using Shoplift, you can A/B test different versions of your product detail pages (PDPs) — with and without Fibbl experiences — to learn what truly resonates with your customers. The Fibbl - Shoplift partnership will grant you an extended trial period 30 days.

Shoplift allows you to test multiple Fibbl concepts on you webbshop (Campaign banners, Live-image, 3D quick view, etc). This guide explain the most common way to A/B test the Fibbl experiences impacts on a Product Detail Page

✅ What You’ll Need

  • A Shopify store with Shoplift installed and configured.

  • Fibbl 3D content already set up on one or more product pages.

🔄 What You Can Test

You can experiment with:

  • PDPs with vs. without Fibbl experiences.

  • The placement/positioning of the components

  • Different calls-to-action related to Fibbl experiences (e.g., "Try on" vs. "Wan't to see how it looks on you?").

🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Prepare Two Separate Product Templates

🧩 Important: For Shoplift to run tests optimally, each variant (A and B) should be assigned a different product template in Shopify.
This ensures that both versions are properly rendered and tracked by Shoplift’s infrastructure.

  2. Design Variant A – This can be your existing template without Fibbl.

  3. Design Variant B – Create a duplicate template and embed Fibbl’s experiences Set Up the A/B Test in Shoplift:

    • Go to the Shoplift Experience Editor

    • Choose the relevant product(s)

    • Assign the A and B variants to the templates you've prepared

  4. Preview Each Variant – Confirm that:

    • The 3D viewer works as expected on Variant B

    • Tracking pixels/scripts (if any) are consistent

  5. Launch the Test – Define a goal (e.g. “Add to Cart” or “Product View Duration”) and traffic split (e.g. 50/50).
