The product switcher is an add-on feature available in the Virtual Try-On (VTO) experience. It allows customers to seamlessly browse between product variants—such as different colors or materials—without leaving the camera experience. This improves the product discovery process and helps users make more confident decisions.
What the product switcher does:
Displays a list of related product variants (e.g., grouped by an attribute on your choice, such as color or style)
Lets users switch between options directly within the VTO experience
Automatically updates the visual based on the selected variant
Requirements for activation:
The product switcher will only display when:
The product has a matching 3D model in the Fibbl platform, based on the Product ID (e.g., SKU, ID, Item Group ID).
The product feed you upload contains the following attributes:
id(used to match the model to the feed item)titleimage_linklink(PDP URL)Group Label Attribute — choose any field in your product feed to group product variants together (e.g. if user try a product with a value 'blue'
custom_label_0, the system will show other products with the same value incustom label_0)
Once all conditions are met, the product switcher appears automatically in the VTO experience—no extra setup required.
⚠️ Limitation: The product switcher only works in Virtual Try-On (VTO) and is not available in Augmented Reality (AR) or 3D Viewer experiences.
