The Fibbl dashboard gives you a real-time overview of how your 3D experiences are performing across your website. It’s designed to help you measure views usage, identify popular products, and uncover opportunities for further optimization – all in one place.

How the data is collected

  • Each interaction (3D, AR, VTO) is tracked as a unique event (eventName+feature+productId), e.g. interaction+3d+123.

  • Sub-feature events (like annotations, dimensions, and expand) are counted once per model per session, even if users interact with them multiple times.

    • The “expand” event is only triggered when a user manually clicks the expand button – not when it opens automatically due to annotation click in window smaller than 600px (desktop).

  • The user id is stored in the RAM, so it's reset when the tab is reloaded.

What you can track

Dashboard section

Interactions yesterday

Shows the total number of Fibbl interactions (3D, AR, VTO) that occurred on your site yesterday.

Interaction rate yesterday

Shows the percentage of visitors who saw at least one Fibbl experience and interacted with at least one feature (3D, AR, VTO) during the day. This metric is based on unique displays and unique interactions per user session.

Available vs. Active models

  • Available models: Total number of 3D models available at your disposal.

  • Active models: Models assigned to your account (visible on your site if the product is live, product ID is correct and script is implemented).

Models without product & interactions

  • Models without product: 3D models not connected to a product, based on product ID on the model compared to product ID in the imported product feed.

  • Models without interactions: 3D models that haven’t been engaged with by a users in the last 5 days – these might need attention.

Analytics section

  • Display events is only available from 9/10/2025.

  • Market breakdown is only available from 9/10/2025 – Fibbl's script must be initialized with locale in order to track this.

  • The percentage difference compares the same time interval the period before, for example the last 30 days with the 30 days before that.

Total interactions and displays

Tracks all user interactions and displays with (3D, AR, VTO) experiences. You can toggle between all experiences and filter by them individually.

Interaction rate
Shows the percentage of product display that resulted in at least one Fibbl interaction. It compares unique interactions to unique displays, giving you a clear view of how effectively users engage with 3D, AR, or VTO. You can filter by experience type.

ALL shows the percentage of visitors who saw at least one Fibbl experience and interacted with at least one feature (3D, AR, VTO).

Product breakdown

Breaks down all the available data on a product level.

Interactions by experience

Shows a breakdown per experience based on total number of interactions.

Interactions by device

Shows a breakdown of interactions based on the user's device.

Add-on interactions

Tracks usage of specific 3D Viewer features:

  • 3D Expand – Clicks on the fullscreen expand button.

  • 3D Annotations – When users engage with product annotation points.

  • 3D Dimensions – When users activate the product dimension overlays.

Note: These features only log a single interaction per model per session – even if used multiple times.

Market breakdown

See where your interactions are coming from.

Note: These are based on the locale parameter that you send into the script (read more here). If it says "unclassified", it means that you are not passing in the correct values.
