Drive traffic to immersive experiences from any channel

Shortlinks allow you to get a unique URL that opens either an 3D, Augmented Reality (AR) or Virtual Try-On (VTO) experience for a specific product. These links are powerful tools for B2B, marketing, communication, and sales activations—letting you share interactive product experiences anywhere you can place a link.

How to enable a shortlink

Individual models

  1. Go to Models > Manage and open a specific product’s model detail page.

  2. Scroll to the Shortlinks section.

  3. Click on 'Enable shortlinks'

  4. Example URLs will show – simply copy an example and change the type (3D, AR, VTO) and locale accordingly

  5. Use the URL anywhere

In bulk, per order

  1. Once a order has been placed and approved, go to Models > Order and click on 'Download shortlinks'

  2. Enter your desired locale and select your preferred experience

  3. Click on 'Download' – you will receive a csv containing all shortlinks with product information for easy identification

Enabling a product banner + switcher

Shortlinks may include a product banner containing a product image, product name, product description or price – and in some occasions a URL to your store – as well as product switcher with related product variants. Read more about how to enable it in the following resources:

How shortlinks work for end-users

  • On desktop: The user will see a clean QR-code experience that can be scanned to continue on mobile.

  • On mobile: The link launches the selected experience (3D, AR or VTO) directly in the browser—no app or plug-ins needed.

How you can use shortlinks

Shortlinks can be used across all types of digital touchpoints, such as:

  • Digital B2B PDF catalogs

  • Email marketing (boost product engagement directly from newsletters)

  • Social media (e.g. Instagram Stories, X posts, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • SMS campaigns

  • Customer support or sales communications
